Payoneer

Payoneer is a payment service that offers some flexible options for royalty payments. With Payoneer, there are two payment options:

  1. Bank transfer
If you choose to receive your royalties via a Payoneer bank transfer, you can opt to receive your payment in your local currency.

  2. Pre-paid Payoneer MasterCard®
The pre-paid card gives you options to withdraw cash from ATMs that support MasterCard®, withdraw funds from your card to your bank account, and use in retail or online stores that accept MasterCard®. Please see www.payoneer.com for more information about the pre-paid card option.

*Please note that Payoneer charges additional fees to their users, such as wire, withdrawal, and yearly fees. Please read your agreement carefully to insure that you are aware of all potential fees they may charge you.

Questions about your Payoneer payments

Much like PayPal, TurboSquid sends payments to Payoneer that you can then have transferred or deposited on the pre-paid card. While TurboSquid can answer questions about royalties we send to Payoneer, you should go directly to Payoneer to get your payments or to ask questions about fees or specifics about your Payoneer account.

Setting up a new Payoneer account

If you do not have a Payoneer account, you will need to register with them in order to be paid this way. You should register with Payoneer through your Artist Settings on TurboSquid.

1. Go to Artist Settings in the Account pulldown of the navigation bar.

2. Choose Payoneer in the Pay By field of the Payment Processing section.

3. In the Payoneer settings, you will need to choose which payment method you prefer:
•  Bank Transfer
•  Pre-paid MasterCard®

4. Click on Submit.

5. When you submit, you will see a pop-up that prompts you to register on the Payoneer website. Click on GoRegister.

6. When you are routed to Payoneer, you will begin the account setup option. As you can see, your TurboSquid email address will already populate the email address fields.

7. When registering, you will be required to provide contact details, security details, banking information (if you have chosen this option), and/or official government identification numbers. Some of this information is pre-populated with the payment information you provided on TurboSquid.

8. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be routed back to TurboSquid within 15-30 seconds. Do not cancel navigation while you are being routed.

9. Once you are routed back to your TurboSquid Account Settings, you will see that your Payoneer Status is Pending. This means that Payoneer is still processing your application.

10. You will receive an approval or a decline usually within one hour. If Payoneer has any questions or require additional verification, they will contact you. If your application is approved, you will see this reflected in your Payoneer Status.

11. If Payoneer declines your application, TurboSquid will NOT be able to answer questions about why your application was declined. You will need to contact Payoneer or choose a different payment method.

Existing Payoneer account

If you already have an approved Payoneer account, you will need to link it to your TurboSquid account.

Click on Go Register.

6. If you are already registered with Payoneer, click on “Already have a Payoneer account? Click Here!” at the upper right of the page. You will then be prompted to log in. Follow the screen prompts, and when you have completed the linking process, you will be routed back to TurboSquid within 15-30 seconds. Do not cancel navigation while you are being routed.

7. When you are routed back to your TurboSquid Account Settings page, your Payoneer Status should show that your status is Active.
