If you have not yet been paid your royalties, keep the following in mind:
- TurboSquid processes payments by the first of the month, but keep in mind that if that day is a holiday or over the weekend, your payment will be processed on the following business day.
- CHECK YOUR THRESHOLDS: You can set a minimum amount that must be reached before we can pay you.
- Your account may be on hold due to problems with your payment info, so again it is very important that you update this information in a timely fashion.
