CheckMate Tools Terms of Use

The CheckMate Specifications, CheckMate names, CheckMate Scripts, including “CheckMate Pro” and “CheckMate Lite,” and all related branding and logos, whether registered or not, are the property of TurboSquid. TurboSquid retains all ownership of these trademarks and copyrighted material. They are protected by intellectual property laws of the U.S. or in some instances, foreign laws and international treaties. Unauthorized use will violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

CheckMate Tools may not be downloaded or used by parties that sell or distribute 3D content as part of a stock 3D business other than TurboSquid. CheckMate Tools are distributed solely by TurboSquid.com and cannot be redistributed after download except between employees and contractors within the same company. CheckMate Tools may be used on

3D models intended for sale at TurboSquid
3D models intended for internal production use
Under no circumstances can CheckMate Tools be used on content intended for sale on a stock 3D site other than TurboSquid.

CheckMate Tools are distributed on an “as-is” basis, without warranty of any kind and all warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed. Neither TurboSquid nor its employees or agents shall have any liability to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by these scripts.

CheckMate Tools are considered to be beta software. Parties using CheckMate Tools may not discuss them on blogs, forums, websites, and other publicly viewable areas, with the exception of the forum at TurboSquid.com designated for such discussion.

CheckMate Tools are for informational purposes only. Results of running CheckMate Tools cannot be used to make public claims of model quality at TurboSquid.com or at any website, forum, or other publicly viewable media. A successful or passing result from a CheckMate Tool does not guarantee the model will pass CheckMate Certification at TurboSquid.
